Improving the body needs time and dedication. But all of us can do a wonderful work. Are u a bodybuilder? Or want to be a bodybuilder? Good. I will not talk about training, exercising, and so on. I would talk about our body structure: we are not all equal: somebody get fat easily, somebody else do not. Thats why you have to forget about low calories diet, low fats-only diet and high carbohydrates-only diet. The important thing is how to optimize your nutrition to increase your own hormones.. They can do a lot by just doing some simple things check your total amount of daily calories, and try to optimize them. Eat less but more often, rather than 3 times a day. This increases the insuline output. Be aware your body needs a lot of protein and carbo right after an heavy workout almost a double meal could be eaten, using carbo, proteins and good fats as well. This allows a better regeneration. No meal destroys your lean mass! Success is a journey, and I'm still travelling. | ||
